The shooting menu is displayed when you press [MENU/OK] in shooting mode. Choose from tabs A, B, C, D, or E.

The options available vary with the shooting mode selected.

q [SHARPNESS]

Sharpen or soften outlines. Choose from 5 options between +2 and −2.

S [AE BKT SETTING]

Adjust exposure bracketing settings.

Option Description
[FRAMES/STEP SETTING] Choose the number of shots in the bracketing sequence ([FRAMES]) and the amount exposure is varied with each shot ([STEP]).
[1 FRAME/CONTINUOUS] Choose whether the shots in the bracketing sequence are taken one at a time ([1 FRAME]) or in a single burst ([CONTINUOUS]).
[SEQUENCE SETTING]

Choose the order in which the shots are taken.

  • 0 → + → -: The first shot is taken at current exposure settings and exposure compensation is then modified over the succeeding shots, proceeding in order from the highest to the lowest value.
  • 0 → - → +: The first shot is taken at current exposure settings and exposure compensation is then modified over the succeeding shots, proceeding in order from the lowest to the highest value.
  • - → 0 → +: Shooting proceeds in order from the lowest to the highest value.
  • + → 0 → -: Shooting proceeds in order from the highest to the lowest value.

K [TOUCH SCREEN MODE]

Choose whether touch controls can be used to select the focus area or release the shutter (a Shooting Touch Controls).
