Select the format of movies to be shot depending on the lens to be used. Resolution and aspect ratio are set by RESOLUTION.

GF Shoot in the optimal format for GF Series lenses.

35mm Shoot in the optimal format for 35-mm format lenses.
ANAMORPHIC

Shoot in the optimal format for anamorphic lenses. You can configure the lens magnification or whether to use the desqueeze display when recording movies using MAGNIFICATION or DESQUEEZE DISP. IN RECORDING.
Super35 Shoot in the optimal format for Super 35mm format lenses.

MAGNIFICATION

Set the lens magnification when shooting with anamorphic lenses.

When ANAMORPHIC(35mm) is set, an image stabilization operates to match the configured magnification. Do not set ANAMORPHIC(35mm) when using a lens other than an anamorphic lens.

When SDI/HDMI OUTPUT SETTING > SDI/HDMI OUTPUT INFO DISPLAY in MONITOR SETTING is set to OFF, SDI output or HDMI output does not use the desqueeze display, even when desqueeze display is enabled for ANAMORPHIC(35mm).

RESOLUTION

Choose a combination of resolution and aspect ratio for movie recording. The options available vary with the format.

The options available for bit rate vary with the settings chosen for high-speed movie recording and compression. The actual bit rate may be slower than the selected value depending on the subject.

The bit rate for ProRes movies is set automatically according to the format, frame rate, and the type of ProRes. For more information, visit the Apple website.

CLIP SETTING

Set the information applied to the recorded movies.

CAMERA ID

Set the camera name.

REEL NO

Set the starting number for the sequential number to be added to the file name.
